DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes, you can purchase them in dominations of S$10, S$25, and S$50 at the link here.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

We accept payment via PayPal, Debit Cards, Credit Cards from major banks, Direct Bank Deposit, and PayNow/PayLah (for Singapore-based customers only). 

I AM ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS. WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

All orders will be charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE?

Nope, you can checkout as a guest by not creating an account during the checkout process. However, you'll then be unable to check your order status or access your order history. Creating an account also saves you the trouble of retyping your information each time you purchase something from us.

I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Firstly, thanks for your support! We'll process your order immediately and get to work on your bracelets. Once ready, they will be carefully packed up and mailed out, and you'll be able to share them on Instagram (please do!) within 4-5 business days if you're in Singapore. WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE? WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

We use our national courier SingPost for fulfilment most of our orders, with options for NinjaVan courier for Singapore customers and DHL for international customers.

IT'S BEEN OVER 4 BUSINESS DAYS AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. IS MY MAIL LOST?

Apologies! We've noticed that our Standard Mail customers sometimes wait more than four days before receiving their order. We've checked with SingPost, and their response was that they sometimes take longer to process packages due to overwhelming mail traffic during festive seasons. Do let us know if you still haven't received your bracelet(s) after a week, and we'll make it right.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BRACELET DOESN'T FIT?

While your bracelets are made using an elastic stretch cord, it can be uncomfortable to wear one that is too small or big. To avoid this, kindly indicate your wrist circumference (in cm) when placing your order. If you've already received your items, do mail it back to us within 7 days (for local orders), and we'll remake them for you.

WILL THE STRINGS BREAK OR STRETCH EASILY?

Your bracelets are tied together with a high-tech polymer elastic cord that does not crack or fray, so the chances of them breaking are extremely low unless improperly taken care of. See more information on taking care of your bracelet here

ARE YOUR BRACELETS WATERPROOF?

As most of our bracelets utilise semi-precious stones, exposure the stones to direct flame, strong heat sources, or hot water might affect the colour of the stones. If necessary, clean the stones using only room temperature or lukewarm water. Do note that plating on metal charms and spacers may fade off with regular exposure to sweat and chemicals from cosmetics and perfume.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR CUSTOMISED BRACELETS?

Our customised bracelets are priced from SGD29. For that price, you can select any combinations of beads and up to 5 charms or spacers. We do not offer discounts for un-utilised slots.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY WRIST CIRCUMFERENCE?

Follow the instructions here, and be sure to tell us the exact measurement along with your preferred tightness (snug or slightly loose)

WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE, AND WILL MY BRACELET GET SCRATCHED IN THE MAIL?

We use FSC-certified envelopes (made with raw material timber from responsibly managed forests and responsible sources) that are padded on the inside to prevent damage to your bracelets during transit.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?

Unfortunately we don't offer gift packaging at this point in time, but we're definitely looking into that in the near future!
